After submitting the form you will have the opportunity to pay for your booth online.

The Montana Pride Network Celebration Committee may not be able to fulfill all electrical requests. If electricity will be unavailable, you will be notified within five days of receipt of funds. Funds will not be deposited if the lack of electricity will cause you to be unable to participate in 2008 Montana Pride Celebration. No other cancellations will be allowed. No cash payments accepted. VENDOR/EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT By submitting this application you agree that your booth space will be operated in a safe and legal manner at all times in accordance with all city, state, and federal laws, regulations, and rules set forth by the Billings Pride Committee, Montana Pride Network, the City of Billings, and the State of Montana including but not limited to any and all applicable city, state, and federal transient vendor laws. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Montana Pride Network, the Billings Pride Committee and all members thereof, the State of Montana, the City of Billings and its Police and Fire Departments, and the Billings Park and Recreation Board, and any other person or entity responsible for the production of Pride Celebration 2008 from any and all actions for damages or liability of any kind in connection with the property damage, bodily injury, or loss of life arising from your participation in Pride Celebration 2008 and above listed groups will not be liable to you, your agents, invitee, or to any other person claiming through their association with you, any injury or damage to person or property within your care.
